All prices are in US dollars. The following credit cards / payment method are accepted: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DISCOVER, DINERS, JCB, PAYPAL, GOOGLEPAY, APPLEPAY.
Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties or other custom charges that may be incurred and are beyond our control. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorize payment to ventolation.com we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
VENTOLATION Return Policy & How to Return an Item:
We take pride in our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund. VENTOLATION returns will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. The item must be returned in original, unused condition, in original package, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
No returns can be made on FINAL SALE items.
Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned to our online store.
How to Return an Item:
If you wish to return an item, please e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org provide sales invoice number and a return tracking number. You will get a Return Sales number by return.
Standard Return Shipping:
Use your own shipping method:
Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Write Return Sales number on a piece of A4 paper and ship along with the goods.
If you use a carrier of your choice, we recommend that returns be shipped by an insured and traceable method.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at email@example.com. Please supply the order number, item number, photo of defect products and return reason from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. VENTOLATION.COM will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.
If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately firstname.lastname@example.org . Please have your order number available when you send email.
Once we receive the goods, we will email you notification of your refund or exchange. We will process your request as fast as we can. Guaranteed!
Change of order or cancellation is not allowed after confirmation.
